1. What is and isn't returnable:
- Non-Defective Custom Items: returns for non-defective, custom-printed apparel are generally not accepted.
- Defective/Misprinted Items: We will accept returns for items that are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.
- Size and Fit: We are not responsible for incorrect sizes and will not accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
2. Timeframe for Returns:
- Limited Window: You will have 10 days from the day item is delivered to receive refund on items available to be refunded.
3. Process for Returns:

- Return Instructions: Please email or call to receive shipping label.
- Tracking Information: Will be provided through email, please keep this information in a safe place.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds: ONLY available for apparel NOT custom designed.
- Exchange Availability: exchanges are subject to stock and fabric availability.
- Processing Time: 10-14 day of processing time plus shipping period unless local delivery (plans need to be arranged by email, phone, or in-person BEFORE placement of order.)
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original Payment Method: refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions and Limitations:
- Final Sale Items: Items on sale are final. No returns or exchanges.
- Unworn/Unwashed Condition: Returns thag are accepted, must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original Packaging: returns must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
