Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Headspace Threads LLC:

1. Order Placement: 

  • Custom Orders:
    All orders are custom-made and designed specifically for the customer's needs, therefore, we cannot guarantee that any order will be identical to another.
  • Design Approval:  
    All custom designs will need approval from customer before apparel is made.

     
  • Order Confirmation:
    Once an order is placed, it is considered final. We will send you an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Please review this email carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors or discrepancies.


     
  • Design Changes:
    While we strive to accommodate design changes, they may incur additional costs or delays. Please review your design carefully before confirming your order.


     
  • Rush Orders:
    Rush orders may be possible, but will incur an additional fee. Please inquire about rush order availability and fees at the time of placing your order.




     

2. Payment: 

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit card types. Please email us for additional payment methods.
  • Payment Due: Full payment is due upon order confirmation.
     

3. Shipping and Delivery: 

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided, but are not guaranteed. 
  • Damaged or Lost Orders: We are not responsible for damage or loss of orders during transit.
     

4. Returns and Refunds: 

  • Custom Nature:
    Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless the product is defective or the item is in our website to order.


     
  • Defective Products:
    If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a resolution.


     
  • Color Accuracy:
    We strive to accurately depict colors on our website, but please note that colors may vary slightly in print.




     

5. Intellectual Property: 

  • Copyright:
    All designs and artwork made by Headspace Threads are our intellectual property and may not be used without our express written permission.


     
  • Customer Designs:
    By submitting a design, you warrant that you have the rights to use the design and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.


     
  • Use of Images:
    We reserve the right to use images of our products for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.




     

6. Confidentiality: 

  • Customer Information: We will not share your personal information with any third party, except as required by law. 
  • Design Information: We will keep your design information confidential.
     

7. Governing Law: 

  • Law:
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and the laws of the United States.


     
  • Venue:
    Any legal action arising out of these terms and conditions will be brought in the courts of Stoddard County, MO.

custom apparel

1. What is and isn't returnable: 

  • Non-Defective Custom Items: returns for non-defective, custom-printed apparel are generally not accepted. 
  • Defective/Misprinted Items: We will accept returns for items that are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. 
  • Size and Fit: We are not responsible for incorrect sizes and will not accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed. 

2. Timeframe for Returns: 

  • Limited Window:  You will have 10 days from the day item is delivered to receive refund on items available to be refunded. 


3. Process for Returns: 

  • Contact Information: designs@headspacethreadsllc.com or 618-538-2917
  • Return Instructions: Please email or call to receive shipping label.
  • Tracking Information: Will be provided through email, please keep this information in a safe place.

4. Refunds and Exchanges: 

  • Refunds: ONLY available for apparel NOT custom designed.
  • Exchange Availability: exchanges are subject to stock and fabric availability. 
  • Processing Time: 10-14 day of processing time plus shipping period unless local delivery (plans need to be arranged by email, phone, or in-person BEFORE placement of order.) 
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Original Payment Method: refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

5. Exceptions and Limitations: 

  • Final Sale Items: Items on sale are final. No returns or exchanges. 


  • Unworn/Unwashed Condition: Returns thag are accepted, must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original Packaging: returns must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
